Also known as the Chef’s Lounge, is a networking space for onboard Chefs. This area also benefits the customer in different ways. Customers in general are very particular about taste, quantity and price they pay for each item. For the majority of them, it's the taste and price while for some of them quantity matters more than anything. Certain customers go beyond and have custom cooked cuisines for them and pay what the Chef’s demand. However, that option is not available at regular fine dine restaurants where the majority of the diners are working class people. To keep the taste alive and to help customers relive the experience of enjoying a dish that they once upon a time had, maybe at a totally different place than their residential city or town, our Chef’s have taken a step further in helping achieve that. Let’s consider that you as a customer like to dine at “ Restaurant A “ that serves the best prime rib steak you’ve ever had as compared to other restaurants within your country. You’re routine is fixed and you dine on every 2nd and 4th Saturday of the month and the Chef is aware of your taste and how you need it. You savor it while you can. A month later, you are sent on a business trip to Japan without an end date in sight for your project. You try a few outlets for steak, and none of them could come close to what you miss. That’s where your Home Chef from Restaurant A comes into play. The Chef’s Lounge allows customers to place orders to their favorite Chef’s from an unknown location who will then help you relive that same taste with the same steak, prepared by a different Chef right in Japan. The Chefs are able to share their recipes across the boardroom with other Chefs and have it prepared by others across the seven seas just for you. The price will still be paid to the Home Chef :)
